Hi NCP is Non Contribution Period. For that particular period due to absenteeism of due to any other reason if the employee is not been paid then it is considered as NCP

I applied for pf withdrawal.
My company is asking for affidavit for non employment for two months after resigning the company.
It is not practical to remain idle after leaving one organization. One will always leave first company to join the next one.
