As part of the benchmarking exercise in our organization, I request you to take 5 minutes of your time to provide us information on how following situations are handled in your organization.
It would be a great help if you could fill in the questionnaire attached.
These are regarding the following 3 policies :
1. pertaining to compensation for all employees who are required by the company / Customer to do additional work on weekends or holidays
2. pertaining to compensation for all employees who are On-call Support during the non-working hours on a weekday/weekend/holiday.
3. Night Shift Allowance: pertaining to compensation of employees who are required to come into work in the night for work as part of night shift (instead of day shift) or night work (over and above the day shift).
