i am a management student pursuing my pgdm in hr. i wanted to know if someone can please tell me what are the different types of leaves in an organization? and also what are the different laws governing the leaves.

These are the details about the arious kind of leaves:
C.L- Casual Leave
P.L- Privilege Leave(Most of the company has either EL or PL)
E.L- Earned leave
S.L- Sick leave
Maternity Leave
The leave policy can be designed keeping in mind the regulations as per law, rest evreything is upto the company.
Keep in mind the procedure for applying for the leaves.
DO mention how many leaves per annum wil be there such as C.L should be minimum 7 etc.
For new employees, generally the P.L starts after completion of one yera of service.
