I have worked in the second company for 4months.
Could you please let me know whether I am eligible for Form 10C scheme.

the minimum service required to be eligible for pension is 10 years (9 years six months and above are deemed to be ten years.) under Pension scheme 1995. you can apply for schme certificate in Form 10C to transfer your pension fund to that in the new organisation.
