Dear All,
Apart from the traditional ways of talent sourcing like newspaper advt., consultants and even internet postings what could be the INNOVATIVE ways of talent sourcing?
How we can reach to the candidate which we want but not getting through any of the traditional ways?
Thanks

Hi,
Recently i saw add coming up in movie theatre, shopping malls etc. It's a good innovative way to attract candidates who are not actively looking for jobs...
Others could be to post adds in certain discussion forums or network sites like orkut, LinkedIn, recently Brijj got added too... The TAT is higher in these cases but they do sometiems serve as valuable sources.

Hi,
Headhunting, though a very traditional form of sourcing, its ways have become unethical. It is better to get hedhunting done through consultants rather doing it from the company itself as it puts the brand name of the company on stake....
