Hi Mr. Gajendra I Feel as you are starting as proprietorship firm. If it is the case I feel as of now only Shops & Commercial establishment & PT registration will be sufficient.

For registration, if i provide home address will it be a problem. also let me whether I can register the company any where in bangalore's shops & comm. and PT registration office as my office will be put up in anekal.

In Bangalore there is only one Office for shops & commercial establishments. In the same office there are many wards. If you approach the office they will guide about the ward number.
Regarding PTO I believe your Circle might come in Koramangala. You shall try to register PT over online and you should submit the supporting documents to the department. You should even scan and upload the supporting documents over online itself.
If you are planning to start your business then all the departments shall object. But you can manage those.
For registration with Shops & commercial establishment actual fee is around 250 & apart from that there will be other expenditures of around 2000/-
For registration of PT is Fee is 2500/- and the same amount of other expenditures.
