Good morning to you all ,
I need your help ,
I need to float a reminder mail to all my colleagues that as declared by the management last Saturday of every month is considered as weekly off. tomorrow on 26.05.2012 we will have our first weekly off.
Since is first weekly off I need to write a mail but not getting words to write is nicely .

HI ALL,
As its been decided by the management this the reminder to all that tomorrow i.e, 26th MAY 2012, being last Saturday of this month (MAY) is considered as weekly off. So, tomorrow will be a holiday.and the same pattern will be followed every month.
