Hi,
I had work with IDBI bank from July 2006 to Oct 2008 and I did not transfer the PF amount to my new PF account. But now following up for the credit of the same, and whenever I contact the HR department of IDBI bank, they ask for new request/documents format from my end against the PF refund. Some of them are irrelevant and redundant. Its been more than 3 years now since I am following up with the bank for the resolution, but now its out of my patience to follow with them and I have make up my mind to take legal action against the bank for ignorance, misleading, lack of transparency and sleeping over the case for more than 3 years, over and above mental agony. Please help me with filing a legal suit against the bank to get the things resolved at earliest.

Dear Mr. Rohit
First of all let me tell you, you can still transfer your PF amount to your current PF account by filling up and submitting Form No.13 at your concerned PF Office. But still you are thinking of taking legal action against the bank just file a case in Labour Court for the same.
