Dear Sr.
Plz navigate me wht sorts of key points we must focus while developing a SOP in HR practices i.e. Acquisition, Payroll, Appraisal, Compliance etc.....
We have a scattered form of HR Practices being implemented over here.

simple..
make a flowchart of each activity...
you can share flowcharts with people and invite discussion..
there could be certain activities which are not being done in the best manner, they can be highlighted, next discuss with your boss...if he says improve, make changes..
once the above is done, to convert into a SOP is not difficult..
you simply need to study a couple of SOPs ...
this is the simplest way i could explain
