Dear Sir/Mam, i just want to know after MBA in which field should i go. I have done MBA in human resource.
From India, Delhi
Dear Jyoti,
If you have done MBA in HR, then you should pursue the carrier in same field. There are lot of opportunities for HR Recruiters, you can try for one or if you wish to get into core HR you should try for HR Generalist filed. Which will give you a overall experience in human resource.'
Hope I have answered your question.

Thanks Mam, Could you tell me what should i reply if Recruiter will ask me this question that why do you want to join a recruitment firm/ why do you want to make your carrier in recruitment.
From India, Delhi
Dear Jyoti,
First of all you need to understand the qualities what and HR should have. As you chosen HR as your subject, you should be able to justify why have you chosen this as your carrier. Try to analyse your strengths and accordingly prepare for this answer.
For example: if you been asked why you want to make your carrier in recruitment, then you can say that you are very good in communication, and you like interacting with people, understand them etc...
You can also say it gives you a sense of pleasure when you talk to new people and know them. Hence this quality of your can make you a successful recruiter.
