Dear HR Professional,
Kindly request you to clarify my query.
Is it possible that an employer can deduct PF contribution for both Employee+Employer from an employee's salary who is being paid consolidated salary?
Would appreciate your quick response.

i worked for three year's beyond my retirement. PF was deducted in the first two years . In the last year of service i was given consolidated pay of Rs 15000 but PF was not deducted. It is 2 years since i was superanuated and a year since i withdrew PF balance. Now i understand that PF should have been deducted on consolidated pay. Is there any remedy to get the PF contribution from employer? if so how much will i get? can any one guide?
