Family day you can give the Token to your employees one token is valid for one guest (age you can fix for head counting purpose). How many to give an employee is decision of Management only, because you can arrange other arrangements based on the financial position of the company so discuss.
you can arrange the some events/competitions/sports for both guest as well as employees separately & issue gifts for winners.
Give one memento for all.
Make free transport arrangement as much as possible or otherwise conduct the program in main area for easy access.
can arrange light music also.
My suggestion We did the same in my company.
