Good that u want to join bkg services.There are a lot of advertisement coming in the paper for the post of probationary officers and officers cadre. I suggest u prepare well for that and write the exams. This is for the nationalised public bks.
For pvt bks, you can directly give ur resume to bks like ICICI, HDFC, HSBC etc. They will conduct a written test and personal interview and based on the performance u will be selected.
