ACCORDING TO THAT, I CREATED PERMANENT USER ID & PASSWORD. IT WAS ALSO ACCEPTED MBY THE DEPT. WHAT MY DOUBT IS, AFTER LOGGING USER ID & PASSWORD, I COULD OPEN THE PORTAL BUT I COULD NOT GENERATE THE CHALLAN AS ON DATE.PL.ANY ONE GUIDE ME

Dear Mr. Subba Rao.
You should should the ECR challan in Excel sheet and save in CSV format and open in note pad and the TXT file should be uploaded.
Once you upload the details then you will get the challan
