Dear Seniors

My name is Anil, working in Gurgaon with japenese camera,photcopy machine manufacturing company,It's manufacturing unit is not in india but they import their product from other countries.

i have just newly joined this company as an admin executive.i have been delegated compliance profile as in our company, compliance is taken care by admin team only (Not by HR) whereas i am layman into this and nobody else is there in my company who can help/guide me about this.

At this time, Knowledge given in this site hardly helps me as i don't know even basic things about compliance and when i read topic given here leaves no. of queries with me.My job is going on toss. i need someone who can help me to resolve my basic queries in starting,so that i can read and understand the further things about compliance from this website on my own.

Just need your help in starting , that is all. volunteers, please share your contact no. and also suggest your most suitable time to contact you.Your small help can make my much easy.

pl specify field of compliance, whether it statutory compliance related to staff?
If it is so then for better you contact your nearest labour consultants, you will get updated information relevant to your state.
It is about PF, ESIC, PT, Labour dept., Etc.

Hi,
I believe first have confidence and belief in you that you will be able to do it. Or else even the easist task in the world is most difficult. Once u r settled in ur mind then it shall take 7 days to have a very basic understanding about the compliance process.
To make ur life simpler co-ordinate with ur company employee to understand that how the ex-employee in your role mananged the profile. I am sure there must be consultants for PF, ESIC etc, once u identify them understand the process from them in addition to going through the above.
Also, if licenses are also a part of your job then prepare a list of license with the expiry dates to ensure that u apply for the licenses before it expires.
