i have a query regarding OT calculation as per UAE Labor Law.
is the OT calculated as per the following formula?
Normal OT-
A Basic salary / 30(days) * 1.25
OR
2.Gross Salary/ 30(Days)*1.25

OT is based on the Basic salary only , as per the UAE LAW the maximum time is OT is for 2 hrs only , and it is extended for 1 hr depends on the work industry
For Example
Basic salary is 1500 aed
1500/30/8(per day work hr )*2
then you will find your OT time / 2 hrs ..
