Hi seniors,
I want your urgent help.
I joined a BPO industry on 2 jan2012
on 7th jan 2012 while coming to office i met with an accident wher ei was just 200 meters far from my office.
I have been treated in fortis hospital . where i registered FIR. too
I started working from home as that time X-rays were clear indicating no bone injury,i have completed all tasks assign by my seniors from home. ( have all mails in record)
after 3 weeks once i have done with MRI. got to know about ligament injury where doctors suggested to go for immediate surgery.
on 1st feb 2012. i have gone through to my surgery and on 29th Feb finaly i joined back my office.
Company has paid me half salary for working from home where i dont have any issue with the same.
Doctors suggested me to take rest but as i understand work pressure. i was on to my job.
Now suddenly i got to know company is seeking my replacement. where as they have got established all process and policies by me.
now they are creating mental pressure on me so that i resign from my job.
as they don't have any work related reason to fire me.
Help me if they terminate me or pressurized me resign can i go to labour court. and i file a case against them.
Please help

Hi manisha
Its depends what has mentioned in your appointment letter.. and as you are in the probationary period company might take that advantage for replacing you.
it all depends on the situation where you currently live in.

Hi,
Manisha,
Sorry to hear about your accident and the torture you need to bear, but if you see that lots of HR people use this torture methods, to remove other NON HR STAFFS when that staff has some genuine reason, this modern life has made us so robotic that faith in humanity is literally lost from this world. As your signature tells HR MANAGER i assume you have great deal of experience , even you might have removed someone which at that time in your point of view it was correct but from the point of view of employee he must have been suffered , tortured, sad, agonized, without any mistake. just like you are suffering now.
We always should remember humanity wherever we work, which will enable us to get satisfaction in life. Whatever things we do good or bad will return to us, Pray to god and all the best.
