I'm planning to do project on 'cross cultural training' for my MBA. I've doubt if companies are actually practicing such training for the employees who wil be send to onsite in software companies.
Can anyone help me understand if companies are really having such kind of test?
What other kind of training companies offer to employees to help them understand the different cultures and be more productive?
