1. can u pls tell me the time limit for the payment of gratuity to an employee after being eligible and resigned.
2. i know the max limit for gratituity payment is 10 lakhs, bt in case if the amount is more than the said limit, will it required to pay the amount ?? If so is it taxable ??
Kindly, clarify my doubts.
