Lost Time Incident means any incidents resulted in a person cannot perform his duty for one or more shift(Excluding the day of incident).
Medical Treatment Incident means any incident required medical attention for the IP by a medical practioner(Including prescribed medication) other than the onsite First Aid Treatment.
