I have joined a company this week as an Administrator. My role here is to handle the entire office, admin and hr. Also, it’s a small non-private firm which has only 15employees so they do not have any HR Dept as such.
Hence, I have been asked to formulate new HR Policies, Rules & Regulations for the company.
They provide 15national holidays,Casual leaves-7 & Sick Leaves-8.
They do not have any provision of Provident Fund,Medical Insurance,LTA etc.
The employers are very concerned about punctuality and discipline in the office.
I will be highly obliged if I could get some suggestions for the same.

Drafting company policies, needs complete understanding about the company's STRATEGIC BUSINESS OBJECTIVES that includes vision and mission. I suggest you, either you get it outsourced from a local consultant or search citehr database. You will sample polices upload. Kindly do modify as per your company's business objectives.
Don't forget to have discussions with your management while drafting policies and once its finalize, kindly educate your employees about the policies framed.
HR POLICIES are nothing but the SYSTEM(systematic procedures defining the process) and it must be unbiased rather favour MANAGEMENT or any individuals.
