Hi All,
I am doing a dissertation on "implementing a perfiormance management system" case Study BUPA hospitals. Just wondering if anyone has done anything similar that i can have a read of. Also would anyone like to read thru what i have done on my dissertation so far and give me some feedback. I have completed 4 chapters and now doing a analysis and then conclusions and recommendations.

Hi Nalia,
I have recently joined a construction/design firm, will request if you could share more information on the PMS i.e the process and the specifics including competencies or behaiours assessed. Also id the PMS general to all positions or do the traits change role wise
