Hi,
Another story by my mother, has a lot of meaning if you sit & think with a straight mind. Dont know how many of you will like this. But plz share your views.
One day a child ask his mother why are our feet always facing the front.
Mother says " Son, the reason is that you need to keep walking in front of / towards your dreams / goals."
Son says " But maa, how does the feet know where to go"
Mother says " Feet dont think they just walk & the brain & body follows thats why people always touch the feet for blessings."
Keep walking towards your goal without losing hope, just like your 2 feet.

Very interesting. Certain meditations like the root chakra meditation advocate focusing on the lower part of the body- feet, knees and pelvis and advocate trying to connect to the core through the feet. This takes away excess energy from the mind and aids in execution.
