we are a pvt ltd co. situated at Navi Mumbai. According to our company consultants, every employee has to keep 13days leave balance with the company. But our employees are against this policy. can you please suggest me on this whether this policy is right or wrong. I dont have HR background. still the company has forced me to take up the HR activities of our company which i am doing at present. But when it comes to serious discussions, i am unable to handle the situation. Please help me.
