Dear All,
Please help me out in getting minimum wages act notification it must have revised Feb 2012. or else old one June 2011. (DA Revision recent one)
I need to understand the bifurcation BASIC + DA + HRA (5% on gross or on basis please confirm that)
I know the difference between, Semi Skilled/Unskilled and Skilled but clear me about Grades which they have 1, 2 & 3...
I would be grateful...

HRA is nothing to do with minimum wages. HRA is an allowance normally calculated as 40% or 50%(metro) of Basic salary(Basic+DA) salary.
Minimum wages is fixed by respective state government and it varies from state to state.
Minimum wages will be combination of Basic + VDA(DA).
