Dear All,
I am working in small scale company as HR Executive, We dont have PF and ESIC...
I am willing to start it, so please guide me the specific criteria on whose basis we can start the Benefits for PF and ESIC..
Criteria such as:
Employee strengths limit
Minimum salary required for PF n ESIC
Permanent or Temporary Employee also can avail the benefits???
any other set norms...
