Hi Reena,
Thatz a good topic....
Am sure you would find many ideas or HR practices/policies...which are by and large are common sense as they involve the human beings..its about how you would like to be treated if you were in their place..
Let me share this method to help you think about this topic..
It's called the reversal method in lateral thinking...
How would you throw/dismiss Best Employees?..
this should help to think of HR practices...
Have a great day!!

Hi Reena,
Exactly thatz my point..what would make best employees leave the company?..if you start thinking this way for each best & valuable employee as what would prompt them to leave..or what are things which are happening can make them to think about change...
This is reversal method of thinking...as we are good at thinking about why things don't work?...
