I am leaving the job so how can i take back by pf epf cntribution

Hi Sumit,
You have two options for doing so.
1. Transfer your PF account from your pervious employer to your current(new) employer (Form 13)
OR
2. Withdraw and close you PF account. (Form 10c & 19)
Please refer attached all the three forms.
