i am a new appointed HR Executive.have no experience joined 4 days back.
my question is . somedays back i took an interview for the post of secretery . she showed me some experience letter but i doubt they were all fake . please tell me how to check her background. she is giving her previous employers company address i sent a man there. they told him that they dont provide employees details to anyone . pls help me

Dear Mr. Arun Mehra,
While taking the Personal Interview HR person will ask for some reference from the Previous Employer with Mobile Number (or) Email Address, you can directly query with the same person while calling / sending an email. No need to send any person physically to the company, If the Job Aspirant didn't provide any Contact Person in their previous employer also you can just search the company and it's administrative officer details over the internet.
