We celebrate birthdays of employees at the end of the month.
It is becoming boring to employees as nothing is new in the celebration, so iam thinking to do something new each time to make employee think "what would be the new this time".
Please advice.

We celebrated our employees birthdays very innovatively. We picked up various photographs of the staff and gave funny comments on each of the photographs like (the most Notorius gang of .....) (for a photograph of dance - we typically printed a item song as a quotation) etc. and pinned up on their pin up boards on the day of their birthdays..
Everyboday enjoyed awaited for those memorable photographs and recorded in their personal family albums..
