The rating scale no matter which one used at the performance appraisal process should be the outcome of the skills, performance outcome and individual performance of the individual all through the last appraisal process done.It should not be the normal and jointly given rate to just do it for a formality,if either way the question should be is/are the aspects of the appraisal form altered to git the current search of key performance index or should the appraisal form be used over and over again ever since it was put in place?
