can any one please send me the sample format of proceedings in the domestic enquiry. Thank you in advance

There is no sample format for Domestic Enquiry that anyone can send to you.
It is a process that has to be followed whenever disciplinary action is contemplated against an employee who has committed an act of misconduct.
The entire procedure is contained in the Standing Orders of the Company

Hi all, I have been appointed as I.O in a domestic enquiry. The charged employee never attended enquiry despite given three reminders. Can I go ahead for ex-parte enquiry. What are the formalities to be observed before and during
ex-parte enquiry?.

- You get the record of all reminders and take them in order sheet on which date he require to attend the enquiry.
- Now in next date you can start the expartee proceedings by stating that " The charge sheeted employee was absent on previous dates______ and again on _____ information to attend the enquiry also has sent to him postal reciept and acknowledgment (If any) is put before me. i wait 30 minutes but the chargesheetd employee didnt turn up hence I start the proceedings expartee.
Now the Managment representative present before me given opportunity to led his evidence.
Management representative put before me the 2 witneses named as

2. wwwww
(After it you start to record the statement of management witness and at last of the statement you can write since the deliquent employee is not present no need to give opportunity to cross examination) -- at this stage however you also can put formal cross question
