I am new to this website. I joined a company as HR Assistant and this is my first job so don't have any experience :p. I am seeking for a help.
I have prepared one Attendance tracker and it is accesible only by senior manager. I want them to be updated everyday for their team members.
I need to write an email to them but not getting the words. Can someone help me??

You can write the mail as follows,
"To all Senior Managers / Head of the Departments,
In consideration of the necessity for maintaining the proper track of attendance of all the employees, HR dept have initiated a step in this regard and prepared a Attendance Tracker (system / file) which is available at...... and will only be accessible to all the senior managers / HoDs. This attendance tracker will be updated regularly by HR department.
You all are therefore requested to please have a look / review at Attendance Tracker for tracking the attenenace of your subordinates on daily basis. If any clarification / deficiency observes in the system, kindly revert to HR dept for its remedies.
With Regards"
