I am currently reviewing my company salary structure and are planning for next year salary review, I am not sure if by any chance anyone here could share with me the market basic salary range for the various position below in the F&B and Hotel Industry in Singapore.
1) General Manager
2) HR Manager
3) Finance Manager
4) Operations Manager
5) Area Manager
Would be really helpful if anyone could assist on this.

I do not have the exact figures with me currently but i am sharing the data of 2009 - 10 which i have right now
MNC Financial Controller – $200k to 270k
Project Manager (Finance Technology) – $130k to $190k
Human Resource (HR) Head – $150k to $400k
HR Compensation & Benefits Manager – $100k to $300k
Marketing Director – $170k to $250k
National Sales Director – $200k to $350k
Sales & Marketing Country Manager – $300k to $450k
