we are a consignment and steel tube cutting unit for a public ltd co. our service bill is with service tax on them.
we have cutting contractors to whom we pay on per cut basis. the annual billing on us from them is over Rs.10L. is it necessary that the contractor should be registered with service tax and charge us.
