Dear Seniors,
Again your valuable suggestion is required,
In my Company they do not celebrate anything whether its B,day of employee, any festivals or any fortnightly meeting get together etc.
Since I have newly joined as an Hr/Admin here I want to write a mail to my director with the suggestion of b'day and festival celebration and office decoration also on few occasion like Christmas, Diwali, Dussehera etc.
I think it can motivate and give pleasure to our employee.
Please suggest how should I write to him in a soft manner so that he should think and we can start it.
I don't wish any grand celebration but at least on B'day we can give them 1 bouquet with wish, on festival small decoration with greeting mail.
Please provide your suggestion and a draft to write mail.
Awaiting your response,
Regards

Hi Ravita,
When you are new in the system, it is very difficult to have your ideas considered. However you should give it a try but not by writing, it should be in a one to one discussion.
Have your ideas, cost and benefits listed and prepare well for a fruitful discussion.
All the best...

Hi Dhrupad,
Thanks for reply,
Actually few employees came to with the opinion that we should celebrate festivals and B'day of employee. Before me there were no HR so they told me like they were waiting for an HR. Since I am here now I should talk to management.
Being new here I am not well aware of the nature of the bosses. Hardly boss is available in office. He prefer mails.
Thats why I want to write a mail to him.
Can you please draft me something attractive which make him feel that by doing these activities our employees can be motivate etc.
Regards
Ravita
