I am having an idea of starting HR staffing consutlancy company. I need to know four answers
1) How to start
2) How to collect info for starting the database of clients and industries' requirements
3) What are the trends in staffing industry.
4) What are the maximum capital required to start a consultancy.

first better to get trainng ingood consultancy then u can find out the solution to your quarry without experiance u cant sine in this field you need more contacts and net works regards ramesh
