Dear seniors,
on cite Hr i came to know that Delhi min wage is being increased from 6422 to 6656rs permonth.after reading this I informed my HO regarding this, now I received mail from HO "Pls. give me DA amount of delhi as minimum wage has been increased at delhi".
Previously we were paying Basic-6084rs+ DA-338Rs,when Min wage was 6422rs.
in the same forum where i came to knw abt increased min wage ,it was mention that min wage is increased due to increased in DA by 3.65%.
now what reply I should give to HO as I am not ablet to open attachment of that forum and Delhi labour dept website is showing old rates only.
plz guide.

Dear Anil,
Thanks for providing detailed information.
my another query is:
Previously we were paying Basic-6084rs+ DA-338Rs,when Min wage was 6422rs (monthly -for 26days) that time deducting 771rs Employee contribution for EPF + 113 rs as ESIC.employee got net salary-5538rs.
if we make the changes,it would be Basic-4680+ DA-1976 , and min wage would be 6656rs( monthly -for 26 days). 799rs would be employee share for EPF +117 rs asESIC. employee will get net salary-5540rs.
Is above calculation right?
Are our company following the right method for salary calculation?
Plz guide.

Dear ranjan,
if basic is 6500rs than PF deduction is not compulsary.
as I mention in my previous post,Basic would be 4680rs(DA-1976) ( as our company is following this ) and we are deducting 790rs as monthly Pf.
