if an employee is working in Pvt. Ltd. company from march, 2007 and at present his ctc is 10500.00 per month and he doesn't want to deduct epf from salary than how to exit from epf deduction without leaving current job.

Dear Mr.Sanjay,
Refer to your query it is not possible to exit an employee from PF deduction under the provisions of EPF Act -1952 Rules. An employee to be exempted at thew time of inception whose wages are exceeds the wage limit i.e.Rs.6,500/- per month u/s 43 and also covered PF trust framed by the employer u/s 17 (1) under the guidelines of RPFO/CPEO.
