Hi Phanendra,
Since you have already done with your MBA, primarily think which area you want to be down the line is it statutory compliances, training, Performance management, recruitment, IR, Employee engagement etc.....
If you are keen on statutory compliances, then you may join some course, they will teach you right from analysing of a salary slip to the final stage...However, before joining you can do the groundwork i.e. study your self the components of salary, the taxable components and non taxable and analyse 2-3 salary slips of different companies.
This will give you an idea in brief.
