Iam karthik, After constantly attending interviews all over, iam still failing to give a appropriate answer to the question "WHY YOU LEFT YOUR LAST ORGANISATION" ..though my answer are different everytime ..iam still unable to impress the interviewer :( iam really helpless, I really dont know what i should say at that time .. because the real reason was work overload and huge problem created by my immediate boss which i cant tell the interviewer........... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

but if the interviewer asks 'are you afraid of work load or same situation is here also... " den how i will tackle .?
and even interviwer wud feel iam running away from my responsibility .?
or shuld i go for it answering interviewer " i was unable to handle much work load"

Tell the interviewer that there was no learning in your project so for ur career growth u left ur company.
and about the workload u can say that there were timing issues with u.eg- u dont wanna work late hours at a regular practise
