Various data available in Internet you can study from there.There is no prescribed form available because it is vary vast subject First you make list which types of work required in a year for your firm to meet financial requirement and sat priority.Give priority those work which is time bound. i.e Payment of Tax on time.for smooth financing what data required by bank and who will do it etc. Sat nature of expenses from more important to less important and allocate budget, What is the source of Income and how it can go high and what measure required to not goes down. etc.
