Hi Minakshi,
Termination is a process in which you have to be very strong enough in the reason of terminating an employee. You should have enough evidence of his wrong deeds so that even he moves to Labor Court he looses the case.
However, Your company should have standing orders. You should follow that standing order while terminating an employee. Also you should mention the clause under which you are terminating the employee in his termination letter.
Good Day!

Dear Minakshi
On the other's health aspect and on Company's interest, you have asked the letter from him..But think in the other ground, ie., humanitarian ground..Confirm whether he got's the TB because of Occupational Hazardous..then your Company will be held responsible for that..Otherwise give him some other assignment which is not affect the Organisational Climate/Environment.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Manisha,
If an employee is suffering from disease, that is the headache of top management to take the decision on this. So your job is only to convey the message to your boss.
If your boss is not convinced then you have to try to convience him or else you need to change your job for your mental satisfaction, otherwise it is too difficult to work in this circumstances.

Hi all!
Regarding with Termination Criteria & Procedures, I can explain you as example of my country Mozambique, our labour law define three kinds of work contract, permanent, eventual
and short-term (3-6 moths), I do not know what kind of work contract you have or you have done for your employees. For termination you can get two principal ways: negotiation with the employee, or his behavior during his journey in the company. Resuming you should have strong reasons for and check what says your labour law related to termination.
Kindly Regards
