Hi Members,

i am an ex-Management Trainee (Personnel) of M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. I joined HAL in Aug. 1978 at Bangalore. Now since 1983 I am in NTPC and presently working as Sr. Manager (HR). Acquiring new and better knowledge has always been my passion. i am continuing my job alongwith visiting facultyin the field of HR in my organisations. i have always felt intensely happy after my sessions. Now, i found this HR professionals community on CiteHR as another source of enlightment and happiness. This is yet another addition to my source of learning and sharing whatever little i have learnt so far.I potsed one PPT on 'DOMESTIC ENQUIRY" which i had delivered to Ex. Trainees at NTPC Dadri (U.P.) in Feb.07. It is an extensive subject and i am sure it cannot be completed thru one PPT. But for beginners like Engg. trainees i gave them few tips thru this PPT. As i am extremely motivated with interaction from CiteHR members now i am posting another PPT on 'INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS" all the members. Hope this will be educative for all.

Regards to Siddarthji and his team,

I Remain Yours Sincerely,

SATISH KUMAR LAL,

SR. MANAGER (HR)

Dear Sardharji,
Thanks for appreciation. This has motivated me further to keep up more and more. i am just one year old in NTPC foundation. Before that i was in main stream of HR/NTPC. I would share at an appropriate time what is all about NTPC foundation. I am getting unique experience hereat. This would motivate other CireHR members to indulge in charity services also apart from their main job. "We must give back to the society what the society has given to us". That is the philosophy on which Foundations are based. :)
Regards,
Truly Yours,

NTPC is one the best PSUs and also amongst others.
They have a strong HR dept. My brush with NTPC HR was at last year's NTPC Electron quiz (2006) at Mumbai reg office..I also got a chance to participate at National level semis at Noida. At Noida NTPC has their pristine training campus which was buzzing with misty winds of December and all the Eng and mgmt trainees.
My stay at NTOC's noida campus was a gr8 experience...Mr Lal's post just brought those memories back and made my day!!!!
Dear Mr Lal
Thank u for ur post and welcome to the forum!!
Warm regards,
Nikhil
PS : Plz give my regards to Mr Dharmendra ( NTPC-Noida)
