Dear Seniors,
I am new joinee in citehr.I am working with IT company having manpower of about 90. I am a fresher and their is no head HR in the company.
My company want to celebrate Annual Day of Company. And the whole responsibility is with me. Please suggest me when and how should I do it that it will be more effective and appriciable? Is it will be effective if i will celebrate it on 31st December?
Please guide me ASAP because I have to put ideas.

Firstly you should know about the company budget then you can plan according that like a amusement park, a trip in some resort and plan for some activities or plan for a get to gether by cutting a cake by your company's director.

Thanks for your reply. My company can afford a hall and gd dinner. With that if I'l add some more expenses then it will also b k. I was thinking to celebarte it on 31st Dec or Crustmus Day? Is that a gd plan? Please suggest me somthing.

that will be a very grt idea you can do one thing you can divided the person into two- three teams and tell them to make an advertisement this is the one game then you can put blind fold, dog in the bone,musical chairs or something in memecre and arrange the gifts according that you can put drum shal arts.
