Dear Seniors,
Greetings of the day!
One of my friend is working in an US based company, that company is closing its Indian operation by end of this month. They have already terminated some of the employees with 3 month salary and informed other employees regarding there plan.The company started its Indian operation just 2 yr back.
1. What should be the answer of the employees, those are already received pink slip, to interviewer regarding the reason for job change?What should they show as there present status of employment?
2. What should be the answer of the employees, those are working, to interviewer regarding the reason for job change?
In both the cases, they need new job on immediate basis.
