Dear sir,

These below mentioned are the requirements. Pls give me brief explanation of each point., so that I can handle this JD properly

Good communication skills (spoken as well as written)

Arranging staff traveling plans and event logistics, coordinating with travel agents for tour schedule of employees and guests

Leave management : Ensuring updation of leave records of employees

Ensure appropriate procurement & INVENTORY level of office stationery.-

Checking of expenses claims of employees -

Maintaining proper files of employee HR records, coordinating with PF consultants and ensuring PF records are updated on timely basis.

Providing new joinees with joining kit (Appointment letter, offer letter, visiting cards, accessories etc

Arranging for team building and training activities of the employees, coordinating with staff and outside agencies like travel agent, trainer etc

Arranging for pre-employment health check-up for employees-

Assisting supervisor in ISO audit conducted by external agency

Any other admin or HR related as and when required
