hello,
my suggestion would be to avoid duplicability in letters and making it more secure by introducing a code for each official letter.
For ex,
for offer letter, you can have HRD/OL1/DATE OF ISSUANCE/YEAR on the right hand corner of letter
PS: The source of this idea was my ex company

Hi, you can even conduct birth days of employees at the week end or month end who have born during the month, implement suggestion scheme for cost reduction or process improvement, etc.

why dont you introduce a magazine covering hr issues and other main activities in & of the company?

In HR department the relations with inside and outside community is of critical importance in order to become a successful Hr person. With top boss approval, try to involve your workforce with society which gave gave several invaluable things to the company. Initiate Community or charity measures which ever way possible.

Hey buddy, thanks for showing your interest in my problem!!!

M working as an hr into an import-export and trading company of emb. Machines????

Now in my company there are two divisions. One is official suit. And another one is service station at where we have around 27 engineers working on the basis of 24 hours helpline service which is attending the calls regarding any failures or problems regarding the workings of emb. Machines.because we are actually providing a one year warranty service to our clients to whom we are selling these machines. So during this one year they call us any time when they meet with any breakage into warranty in machine.

Now the problem is that right now recession period is going on in market. So management is thinking to measuring out efficiency of working engineers on the basis of which we can make out the decisions on cost cutting as well as firing of the engineers if their performance is poor.

So please help me on making such a system through which i can measure the efficiency of each of person working into company and make out a strong decision on who are the efficient and who are poor....
