Dear All,
I work for an IT co. which has an employee strength of 150. Kindly suggest how often should we conduct Employee Feedback Programme? Should we keep it anonymous / get complete details of individual who is providing feedback?
Please help. Also, if you can share a good Employee Feedback Survey, will be of great help.

Hi there,
You need to do the survey every 2 years at least you give yourself 1 year 6 months implement changes based on your findings of your report. For Positive honest contribution, better keep it anonymous. You need job title, gender and age.
All the best.

Kindly access How to Get Feedback From Employees | Inc.com and read and digest the contents and then post what you would like to do, how often and why. For example, whether the survey should be anonymous or not depends upon what you are trying to do. One of the ways is to make giving personal info optional. If staff members want to give suggestions for improvement and get recognised for it, they will give their details.
Have a nice day.

Make the survey as an annual program to know the strengths and weakness of the company and its management.
Anonymous type of survey can help you the most otherwise you cannot expect the honest opinion of the employees, if you try to get and keep their details with you. They would definintely avoid sharing their real concern based on their experience with the fear of revengeful action by the management in case they give some negative and fair feedback.
