Dear Ms. Soumya,
It is proportional to EMPLOYEE GRADE and Organisation(size, turnover, etc). If you have grade system in your organisation they you can obtain information from your HR.
There are numerous benefits and it varies to organisation to organisation. Some organisations do extend the limits of the benefits, some introduce new ones.
With profound regards

Dear Ms. Shalini,

As per your request, please find examples below. Please make a note, not every company can afford to offer benefits to their employees as its proportional to ORGANISATION'S TURN OVER/ANNUAL PROFITS/NATURE OF BUSINESS & BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

1) EXE. HR is PROMOTED as SR.EXE. HR. Escalated to the NEXT LEVEL.

GRADE LEVEL BENEFITS: PETROL ALLOWANCE, POST PAID MOBILE(ALLOWANCE RESTRICTED TO A LIMIT), PERFORMANCE BONUS

2) SR. EXE. HR is PROMOTED as ASST. MANAGER HR.

GRADE LEVEL BENEFITS: In addition to previous grade, ENHANCEMENT IN HRA, ENHANCED PERFORMANCE BONUS, LOAN FACILITY, OPTION TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION COURSE PROVIDED YOU SERVE ORGANISATION FOR XYZ PERIOD - Terms & conditions apply.

3) ASST. MANAGER HR PROMOTED as MANAGER HR.

GRADE LEVEL BENEFITS: In addition to previous grade, COMPANY VEHICLE WITH PETROL ALLOWANCE, LOAN LIMIT RAISED, CHILDREN EDUCATION ALLOWANCE, MEDICAL INSURANCE, OPTION TO UNDERGO FURTHER EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION PROGRAMMES, VACATION ALLOWANCE.

MOTIVATIONAL BENEFITS(SHORT TERM) are different from BENEFITS associated with GRADING SYSTEM(LONG TERM). Small benefits in the form of GIFT VOUCHERS, MONEY, PERKS, POINTS SYSTEM can be carried out either MONTHLY or QUARTERLY to boost employee morale. Again it depends upon organisation's operational policies associated with TARGETED PRODUCTIVITY.

Organising EVENTS, TRAINING PROGRAMMES, GET TOGETHER comes under EMPLOYEE MOTIVATIONAL POLICIES but not under EMPLOYEE BENEFITS.

The BEST BENEFIT is to REWARD EMPLOYEE based on his PERFORMANCE noted. This will help him to deliver more than expected. Its like GIVE & TAKE POLICY.

Moreover, if you can adopt this policy "PAY WELL, EXTRACT WELL", it can do wonders because, if employee fails to meet his targets, he may not be paid whatever he was being paid till date. In the sense, he was paid XYZ SALARY to achieve ABC TARGETS. Hence, you are driving him crazy to earn his BREAD & BUTTER.

It depends upon EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGY. If we happen to employ a rare breed of employees, habitual of taking complete "OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY", i consider that, we are blessed and at the same time we can enjoy our life.

Should you have any queries, please feel free to revert.

With profound regards

Hello friends....

Employers usually offer their employees benefits for one or more of the following reasons:

Attracting and retaining talented employees.

Aligning benefits packages with those offered in the marketplace.

Promoting higher levels of morale among employees.

Providing opportunities for promotion or advancement as workers resign, retire, or move to other positions within the organization.

Thanks for...
